I have always found books that have faces on the cover incredibly creepy and not at all appealing. I enjoy making up my own characters and dont want the cover to ruin my imagination. However, here are 5 books you SHOULD NOT turn away just because the person on the front is staring into your soul or looking at you the wrong way.
- The Giver by Lois Lowry
- The Uglies by Scott Westerfeld
- Delirium by Lauren Oliver
- The Iron King by Julie Kagawa
- Shadowfell by Juliet Marillier
So there you go, don’t be afraid just close your eyes and open the book; that’s where all the good stuff is anyway.
Enjoy your reading!
